UTW: Domestic abuse
my friend’s father has been beating her and her mother frequently. she has all of the proofs (videos and everything). she called in police today but so far no help or whatsoever. one of em came to her house , did talk w both parties and went back. now they’re calling her and her mother to police station but since her father is outside they can’t leave the house as he has threatened to kill them. they’re living in a hell. he beats them everyday EVERY SINGLE DAY. i , myself, witnessed him beating them horribly. pls help.

Uthis sounds really dangerous especially because the violence is happening repeatedly and there are already direct threats involved the part that usually matters most in situations like this is not just having proof but whether there is a clear record showing they were scared to even leave the house because of what he might do after police leave also when abuse is this frequent things can escalate unpredictably very fast have the videos and threats been shared anywhere outside the house yet with someone trusted or are all the proofs still only on their own phones right now
