January 13, 2025 at 10:11 amMy father recently booked a tour to manali through this XYZ pvt ltd.Due to some unavoidable circumstances we had cancel our trip, we cancelled it in the given limit(30 to 60 days prior to arrival 50%refund ). The refund would take around 2 to 4 weeks, however it’s been around 6 weeks and we still haven’t received any refund.When tried contacting the customer service.First,they don’t pick up and even they do they give some lousy excuse.Now they have blocked my father’s number.What should I do to help him? -

1. Write a formal mail outlining every issue, assurances on calls and no refund till now.
2. Follow up on the email, every 3-4 days.
3. Name and shame on Social media (X, LinkedIn)
4. Send a legal notice.
5. File a consumer court complaint.-

If e-mails and communications remain unanswered, proceed to further steps as guided by our fellow friend.
