Help regarding indemnity bond

Hi guys,

I joined Tech Mahindra from campus placement and I signed the indemnity bond before joining.

Now during my training period probation I yesterday(2months into training) got an email that further HR action will be taken as I failed in one of exams twice unable to score 70% which can lead to my termination according to my manager.

This is despite my good performance in all the other exams and good feedback from trainers.

So will I be paying the bond to the company?
Please help

Any advice regarding the bond will be helpful

 In case of termination by company they do not ask for bond amount.
