USo here’s the deal. I enrolled in this so-called “Beta Program” with AKS ProTalent, a company with like 640k followers on LinkedIn (God knows how they got that). It’s an HR consultancy program where they charge money and supposedly help you with interviews. I paid ₹5,000 and completed an online screening assessment, and now it’s been 50 DAYS with zero updates!
The guy I’ve been in touch with, Khursheed Ahmed, just keeps saying “I’ll update you soon” but doesn’t actually do anything. Yesterday, he sent me the exact same response. Nothing changes.
To make things worse, my parents are asking me daily what’s going on, and I’ve got no answers. I feel completely stuck and honestly, pretty depressed.
Now, before you say I shouldn’t pay for interviews — here’s the backstory: I had a major accident in March 2023 and was on bed rest for over a year. I couldn’t work for 1.5 years, but during that time, I learned a ton of new skills. I thought maybe this program could help me break the job-search barrier, but now I feel like I’ve just been scammed.
They promised a refund in the emails, but I’m doubtful about that. Can I take legal action against this organization? Any advice on what I can do here? I’m honestly at my wit’s end.

UHi ! So today I got a linkedin mail from their team and mentioned me to fill up some details . I was reading all the datas available in the internet and there is no one ( Except their google review ) who is saying positive .
So she asked me to fill a form and has no DP in the linked in . So after reading all the things I will simply ignore it .
