UToday i paid my 2nd sem fees through my university’s online portal and logged in with my id and password there was my name and roll no etc details on the homepage went to the transaction section to pay the fees and proceeded to pay 45300 and the transaction made through and when i went to download the receipt it was showing some other girls name from 4 sem from another college under the same university i panicked and called the tech helpline they did something from their end and i was brought back to my transaction window this time with my name, but there was again the option of paying but i had already paid the amount my father sent me to pay the fees IDK what to do now i am very stressed cant tell my father about this they won’t listen was there any mistake from my part i have all the payment history and challan details ,please help me any advice would be appreciated

LCall again to tech helpline and explain the situation again.
As payment is made online nothing to worry. You can always show bank statement if needed.
Better to talk to University accounts/fees department and discuss with them. There might be some technical issue.Generally in online payments, if payment is not reflected into company/university’s account then you will get your money back in your account. This usually takes some days. You may check with payment gateway customer support for transaction status.

Uthey did receive the payment but under some random girls name how do i prove them that i was the one who made the payment because the online receipt i received was under that girls name
