  I recently filed a consumer case against Google (Google ads ). My case has been accepted. How do I send the summon order to the correct address? since it’s an MNC with multiple offices.

  I think you can send it to the office in the city where you reside or its head office. I am not entirely sure of this though, better confirm it with a lawyer

    To whom should I send it, I think the office is in gurugram. What will be the best courier service to deliver the summon order

      Summon order is sent by the court before the proceedings, you shouldn’t have to worry about it right. You as a petitioner should only send the legal notice that the case has been filed against them

      I’ll be glad to learn the fate of the complaint. Meanwhile, what I see is that you are struggling with where to send summons. You can serve the company through their registered address as available on MCA data. My best wishes.

  Corporate lawyer. Read the T & C(under legal heading) in the standard agreement. There you will find the address and jurisdiction. Make sure to file in the appropriate consumer court.
