Hi I am a 2020 Pharma Grad , and these HSPC people are not processing my license, its been almost 5 years since I graduated

apparently then are a den of corruption and ask for 50k to 1lac as bribe,

I have gone to chandigarh multiple times its so tiring I wanna Die literally,
Everytime I go they say this document missing that missing,
They do not pickup phones and dont respond properly

Can anybody help me I dont have resources to pay this much and I need to open my Medicine Shop cum wholesale business.

What can I do to get it done if it was small amount I might have paid but I can pay this much and every trip to chandigarh costs me money ,

Have you been making representations in writing? If you have sufficient evidence that you are entitled to registration and that your application is being wrongly rejected / delayed, then you can file a Writ Petition in the High Court.

The cost of your writ petition will be around the same as if you had paid a bribe. A good lawyer will charge you somewhere around 20-40k for this. It’s a simple issue.

As an added bonus you can pray for costs, they probably won’t grant it but you can ask for it.
