Help with legal action for an online transaction

My father transferred 40k instead of 4k to aatrimony agency by mistake and it’s been a month they are delaying the reversal of transaction stating various excuses.
What legal options I have?
Or if I can use certain laws just to threaten them with legal action what should I say?

send them a legal notice via a lawyer and also file a complaint in the nearest police station.

Send them a legal notice. Also contact the banking ombudsman

Try contacting the bank, they might be able to help.. long shot though
