DHello I’m not much of a writer but this thing has been stressing me out.We belong from Rajasthan but we stay in Maharashtra. My dad works as cement consultant he is a middle man in helping people set up cement factories. My brother is a CA. They are really good human beings. Because of lockdown we had many loses and financial issues. Due to desperate times my dad took a contract with a person from Gujarat, didn’t know during that time he would be a gangster. He paid some amount to my dad but my dad had other loans to pay as well so he invested in that. This man from gujarat withdrew this contract without any notice and was asking double the amount he gave my dad. We had put a case on him in district court it went on for 6 months and then this gangster puts a FIR, section 420 on my brother and father.The FIR is not valid everyone knows that. Although when we requested for a bail in district court it got denied. We have gone to high court but they keep pushing it. My dad and brother haven’t been home for months because they are so scared, my mom and sister in law are separated. My brother has a 4 year old child and she is scared. This gangster keeps threatening us, has been to our house n number of times. Gujarat and Maharashtra police is involved in this as well as they keep showing at our house. Is this the value of middle man? This gangster has put in news as well blaming my dad, he could be wrong but he had to pay his bills as well. Also the contract is not supposed to be withdrawn midway and go around life as they wish! If you get money you spend it and not just keep it and it’s a big amount. He has threaten to sign the contract with goons. Can anyone please help in this. I am happy to reveal the name of the gangster if required just really scared if it goes other way round.
