March 30, 2025 at 8:21 pmSo in December of last year my grandfather passed away and he left me some land in his inheritance but the thing is we were not in any contact with him (my mum and my sister live separate and haven’t had any contact with my dad side of the family or my dad) now we do not have his will and my dad who is a an absolute ahole won’t give it so like what can we do? My mum is a single mother and doesn’t make much what can we do go acquire that land and get hands on my grandfathers will?

March 30, 2025 at 8:52 pmIf not registered then you have to wait and when some other beneficiary other than you gets his/her share transferred then you can file an RTI for supporting documents and track the will from there.
