How can I reduce 90 days notice period

Hi,

I am currently working in a company in India where notice period is 90 days.I am getting better opportunities from different companies but since the notice period is 90 days notice one accepts me, how can I move against this company policy legally

1. Request HR / manager to reduce your period to 30 days.
2. Try to buy out !
There is an option to buy out your period by paying the monthly salary to the company!

Check your contract before you proceed…
If it’s not mentioned anywhere, you can challenge them, others you’ll have to bear the term

My company had 60 day notice period. I just talked to HR and my Manager and had it reduced to 30 days without any hassle.
