January 30, 2025 at 7:38 pmHi,I am currently working in a company in India where notice period is 90 days.I am getting better opportunities from different companies but since the notice period is 90 days notice one accepts me, how can I move against this company policy legally

2. Try to buy out !
There is an option to buy out your period by paying the monthly salary to the company! -

If it’s not mentioned anywhere, you can challenge them, others you’ll have to bear the term -

January 31, 2025 at 3:52 pmMy company had 60 day notice period. I just talked to HR and my Manager and had it reduced to 30 days without any hassle.
