How can long partner/non married partner/live in partners buy property together

I and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years now, and both of us don’t want to get married unless absolutely necessary. But since the rent scene in Bangalore is soo bad, its just getting more and more difficult with increasing rents – we have been thinking of purchasing a residential property together.

So question here – what is legality of this? how do we go about it?

Good way to lure a guy to buy a property together by putting his share of money and snatch it if break up happens. 

Such a nice world we live in.

My partner says thanks for the concern but no thanks. 🙂‍↔️ He can take care of himself, You don’t need worry.

Honestly can’t someone just give an honest response instead of shaming people.
