March 12, 2025 at 7:49 amWhile returning back from school I booked an Ola auto.The fare was around 75rs.When I book my ride,the autowala asked me to come approx 400-500 metre as he said that there was some traffic on the route.His tone while speaking was very casual and he was asking me to come faster by calling me twice.Upon reaching the location where he had parked the auto,I saw another passenger(lady) ,already sitting in the vehicle.I told the auto driver that I had not booked a share riksha(auto)?He told me that she was already sitting there and he would drop her of on the way.He dropped her when almost 1/3rd of the route was covered.He was also behaving rudely and was cursing a car driver.As I was alone,I was recording his video while he was rash driving.He saw me while making the video and was asking me to delete the video.When I reached the destination,I called my mom.After talking to him regarding payment,he was telling me to pay the same price that ola had asked to,even though he took some money from the other passenger too.When we refused to do so(I was ready to pay 60rs),he started talking rudely.At the last moment he said he will not take any money but I should not make any complaint about him.I told him that I would make sure to pay whatever amount ola tells,But I am file a complaint.Now that I have opened the app to pay online and make a complaint,,there is no way that I could contact customer care.There’s only one option of calling the police.How could an app with millions of users doesn’t even have an easily accessible customer care phone number? -
