February 20, 2025 at 1:41 pmThere is no use pitching it to a bank, they can use it however they want. You have to develop the tech yourself and run it, and then sell -

February 21, 2025 at 8:18 amThere is no foolproof way of protecting an idea in law⦠if you had developed the technology or substantial parts of it, you could patent it. But ideas cannot be patented. Best thing you could do is go for is getting Non Disclosure Agreements with heavy penalty clauses signed by any organisation / person to whom you pitch the idea. But this is not a guaranteed way of protecting the idea. -

March 14, 2025 at 10:02 amADVOCATE HERE. Ideas cannot be protected strictly, however, you can get potential investor into signing an NDA along with non-compete clause. There are a few other ways but too complex to be conveyed through text. My best wishes. -

April 28, 2025 at 11:17 amStartup founder here. While most investors and banks are professional and ethical, there’s always a risk. To safeguard your concept, get potential partners to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before detailed discussions, it can prevent misuse of your information. Additionally, I’d say focus on building a strong execution plan and establishing a first-mover advantage- execution matters as much as the idea. I have few other suggestions but they’re a bit more complex. I wish you all the very best!
