How much trouble i have caused?

I m going through a divorce tht is going at a snail’s pace. If u want the details, i have posted few posts abt it tht u can check in my profile.

So the thing is, I shared my story online at a public platform, on the pages tht shows “life stories” etc. (Dont want to specifically name the platform). They have shared a short video hiding my husband’s face and name.
I did it and it honestly felt better letting out everything.

But now i am really scared tht will this cause trouble in my divorce case or even invite more legal troubles.
I m really spiraling into anxiety thinking abt it now as what has done is already done but i just want to knw tht legally is this a mistake.

I request only lawyers or ppl with legal knowledge or having similar experience to reply.. again i say.. the face and name is not mentioned, by my story is.

If you’re face and name is also mentioned then yes not the best move.

But unless your husband or his lawyer is petty as fuck it should not be an issue.
At worst you can ask the platform to remove all personal identifiable information about you and your husband. And if the platform doesn’t agree you can send them a legal notice for cease and desist.

Nothing to loose sleep over in comparison to the divorce itself.

Its already 3-4 days old.. yes my face and name is there. I never thought abt legal implications of it while doing it but now i m scared… i guess nothing i can do now..

You can ask the platform to remove personally identifiable information or remove the video itself.

It will help by saving your headache, court fee and lawyer fee when your husband brings this up.

Ask the platform to take it down – as it will create legal issues for you.

Avoid having any digital footprint of any kind in personal matters.
