My fiance had bad/toxic relationship with her ex. They broke up 1 year ago before we got match up. Now her ex is blackmailing her over private videos (most probably nude videos). What should I do? How should I proceed legally. Please help.

Register a complaint asap. If you have evidences, attach them.

Is there any way we can make him delete the private videos?

Go legal. Make it clear to him that you are willing to go public in this.
Go to his parent’s place with a cop and tell them about the issue and the complaint.
And you being a fiancΓ© helps. The most mileage he must be thinking of getting is by threatening her that he would expose them to you. Show him that you are with her despite this.

At first I didn’t want to involve parents and solve it as fast as possible with legal help, but if the issue escalated too much then I will sort to this approach.
