UUsing a throwaway account.
I’m 25M living in a metro city in Maharashtra. In the recent few years I’ve read multiple cases of women taking advantage of men by falsely accusing them of rape or sexual harassment and obviously because our judiciary system is so incompetent and biased towards women that even innocent men suffer consequences. It’s a total nightmare. Have we already forgotten Atul Subhash?
I met a girl ONCE through a dating app and now we’ve been talking on social media for around 2 weeks and she has been really insisting me to get physical with her. To a point where she has sent nudes to me (without her face in it). Although I am also attracted to her, what worries me is that we have not built any trust so I don’t want to randomly have sex with her only to realize I’ve gotten myself into legal trouble.
We’ve spoken about consent and she’s okay with all of it but I want to absolutely make sure that I have something that will hold up in court if things ever go south. Mind you, I don’t plan on doing anything unusual, just regular sex but I still want some assurance. I have chats where she’s the one calling me over her home time and time again saying she will already be on her knees when I walk in her room among other things.
Does a normal video recording of her giving me consent work in the court? Please help me here, id appreciate it.
I know I might be overthinking and stressing for no reason but better safe than sorry eh?

AWhy not hire a escort OR visit a brothel & enjoy rather than free s#x which is risky. Consent is a tricky she will give enjoy & then file a case rape on the promise of marriage. The police & law will listen to you nobody will value your consent. Think 1000 times. From what i understand I am pretty she is trying to scam you. Tu fasne wala hai…dheere dheere contact reduce kar.
