UIm not a lawyer but i remember in a reel a lawyer said whenever you take a girl out to oyo or any lodge – the booking and payment has to be done in the name of the girl. If it was done by the guy, then she can use this as a proof in the future. So if you’re booking a hotel, then let it be in the girls name and the payment should be made by cash preferably and if it’s online payment then it MUST be done by the girl.

VEnsure that you seek her consent everytime you decide to have casual sex.

BLawyer here. Just get her to text you to come over or have some “impliedly” dirty conversation. Then you have the evidence so it shouldn’t be a problem. You can always bring it up if she decides to file a false complaint. Her case will fall apart. That said, Never make any promise of marriage explicitly or implicitly.
