How to deal with Fake FIRs

Recently, business partner (Property) registered 3 fake FIRs (through bribery) against my brother and his wife.

2 FIRs- Under section 420- which says my brother took money and didn’t gave them ploy of land
1 FIR- Criminal Intimidation

We have given all the evidences but police refused to accept. We tried getting anticipatory bail but IO held back some critical documents and court repeatedly rejecting it.

My brother recently got arrested. Please advice what to do

Ask your lawyer for it. On the day of your brothers arrest, they must have taken your bro to the district court. If the magistrate has sent your bro into 14-day judicial custody then the judge gave a reasoning for why he sent him to jail.. typically done in remand order.
