How to file a consumer court complaint against KFC India?

I am not able to find the FSSAI no. of KFC Ranchi(Hazaribagh road). Please help me.

The food was ordered at 7:30pm on 22nd Jan but was not even picked by any delivery person. Customer care was cutting the call. Restaurant did not have a valid phone number.

How do I go about filing a complaint against them?

Got the refund after a month through KFC helpline. Customer court still shows complaint in process
