How to file a legal case against livspace in consumer forum?

Like many other affected individuals, I too have been subjected to the substandard service provided by Livspace. This includes delayed services, incorrect materials, and poor quality. At this stage, I feel as though I am enduring significant mental distress, as there seems to be no resolution in sight, and the company is doing nothing to address the issues with my property.

I would like to understand the easiest and quickest way to file a legal complaint against them.
I also want to name and shame them. What’s the best way to do it?
