How to file consumer complain

I don’t know that what kind of documents that I need to file a consumer complaint but I make synopsis and accomplain and an affidavit sign by the advocate can you tell me what other document that I need to file proper complaint

All documents in your possession, supporting the allegations levelled by you against the opposite party.

You don’t need to draft documents. Not sure what your dispute is but communication with the other party, invoices, reports etc (as relevant) evincing the facts and allegations would have to be filed.

Just a clear complaint draft would be enough
And make sure to write it in a chronological manner and also do not try to write it in a complicated way
Just simple english
Facts with annexures ( proofs)
Also file before the correct jurisdiction

Read it online for better clarity and also check NCDRC website for the same
