How to get 7/12 separated?

So we are the owner of the land admeasuring 4 acres approx. There are multiple names recorded in the 7/12. A document was executed where our share of land was measured and accordingly map was created. Other members also signed that documents. However now they are refusing to separate the 7/12 and refused to appear before tahsildar. What line of action should we take? I’m based in Maharashtra.

Demaracatio Application and writ thereafter, techincally the tehslldar himself can do it.

By what provisions of mlrc will it be governed ? Sec 149?
