To be fair, I haven’t moved out yet, I haven’t even asked for it yet. But, well, my experience – the past two times, weren’t good, and I know this landlord is a maha-chu as well. Plus, he has tried to scam me before also, so I want to do this right!

How do you get your security money from an Indian landlord, step by step, successfully, without making any mistakes?!

what if he says no to that or makes some excuse? i need a legal kind of solution too, just in case.
