How to repay the Mpocket loans

Hello All,
My father took 24k loan on this app ,I have tried to call them and email them on discounting this loan amount because we have paid some many mobile app loans ,currently we don’t have any money left .
Now they are attending any calls or replying to any emails . I have number which is directs to automatic voice mail. The loan has reached to 34k now .
Does any of you guys have any suggestion on this .
Please let me know .

Note ;sorry if there any mistake on typing or sentence. I have just rambled this out of frustrating .
I need help .iam not sure it’s the correct place to ask.

But before taking the loans wouldn’t you have already planned on how you are going to repay them?

We didn’t knew about this loans ,when all the credit card company started to call us and that’s when we knew my dad had this kinds of loans .i asked him sent emails and call them but no response
