February 4, 2025 at 6:47 pm# NALAFAIK, stalking law is only exclusive for woman, hence men do not have that privilege of escaping such cases of stalking, all you can do is block and block, avoid them as much as you can, for eternity
Section 354D clearly starts with, “A man who” follow by the conditions

February 5, 2025 at 1:41 amNAL. I agree with the other comment that the stalking laws are women centric so don’t think you can do much there. However, maybe you could approach the police with a case of harassment? Also it would be best if you approach the police first in case the woman decides to file a false case of some sort.Again all of this would be completely dependent on the case and the type of cyberbullying you are going through (if any).
