How to search/read cases of a particular act ( eg: environment protection act) on under a particular high court (eg: Bombay high court)?

I want to read some recent cases under a particular act. Any ways to do keyword searches?

What’s the point in reading these cases? The entire system is corrupt. The corrupt politician-business nexus will not improve the quality of air no matter how many environment laws you pass in parliament. 

No matter the social ill, bribery is the root cause of state of affairs in India. The EPA is not worth the paper it’s written on because there’s zero enforcement. Politicians keep getting bribed, business keep ruining the ecosystem.
