SI am done being bullied by my neighbour. I am seeking advice here.
So there is this my neighbour who lives in front of my house and also has a plot on my left side. So it started with a heated argument at covid time then he started harassing us, he filed a FIR on a false case of spreading rumour of covid then he started digging his plot and filling it with water it damaged my house plaster and wooden work. Then he started pigeon keeping which brought a storm of shit on my house. There is space for 2 people on road for parking but he park his car in such way that there is no space left to park my car. Sometime he just pumps water from sewage using cooler water motor and release it on road. Sometime he just dumps the garbage in front of my gate. Sometimes he just spreads rumours about us in mohalla hurting our image. One time he sent electricity department officials and we end up upgrading our connection and paying bribe even when there was nothing wrong with electricity connection.There is a lot of things he and his family does to bully us. My mom cannot tolerate this so she argues him and his family and they just overpower her. I do not live in my hometown so I cannot be there when these things happen.
But I am done now I want to make him his family feel the same pain my mom does. I am ready to invest my time and money both but I want to teach them a lesson.
Any legal/illegal advice is welcome. -

He doesn’t deserve to be in a community environment.
If you are ready to teach him a lesson the hard way please follow the below.If he has pigeons then you buy a cat,I hope you have learnt of the “food chain” in school.
Take photos and videos of him dumping garbage on the road,. Write complaints to the concerned dept, if there are no actions start posting it on social media.. that the dept is of no use..
Get a concrete pot plant a small plant for name sake and place it the centre, even you can use one slot and the neighbour can use one..
Have a CCTV so that you can cover all these if any damages are made by him.
He won’t try to move the pot with his car.. it will cause significant damage to him.
