My Neighbour had arranged his son’s birthday party, and he invited his relatives. turns out the gold ornaments of his wife and the locket, which was supposed to be gifted to his son, was stolen on purpose by his nephew. shocking thing is that he is going to attend 10th board examination by next month. More story surfaced around him that he has committed 3 to 4 financial and housing fraud in std 8 or 9, which seems unbelievable to me but when shown the forged documents and an FIR, it came clear that he is onto something. Police (State of Odisha) couldnt do much cuz he was still a minor, but took an hefty fine from his parents but he didnt stopped from there. he has also stolen several items from his Neighbours, scraping their vehicles to even selling their goods like electronics and gold in black market.

Yesterday noon, when he entered my home, he seemed pretty awared of the surrounding and took notice of everything and even asked the specs of my pc and their price (as i build one with full of my savings of 6-7 years and some help of my dad). I didnt knew about the news earlier and i dusted it off thinking he’s a minor and may have seen things for first time.

Turns out he is a spoiled brat, as his dad lives outside and his mom being the only person in the home with his maternal grandparents living some houses away. He has even Bypassed the money of his grandfather’s pension to his sources. It chills down my spine that someone looking so much innocent can turn like this.

What are the ways i can handle the situation tho if someone like him breaks into my home? Arent Juvenile laws strict in India?

So he actually took his grandfather’s phone, bypassed all the messages coming (his uncle said he just made that message log of bank, but it seems fake cuz either you bypass whole network or nothing), to his phone number (i think that its his mom’s number cuz minors can’t have phone number that easily but god knows), then he had to set up an Crypto account and a demat account under his mom’s credentials (Yeah it seems fishy but he is mummy ka laadla), and now whenever he receives the message from bank, he make sures that no traces are left.

Bro its okay that boy is into investments at an early age but he once went live with one of his small influencer friend (which I guess he made friends, cuz there’s a big age gap b/w him and the guy) then you everyone knows what happens when you tell your followers to buy the stock. plot twist is, the stock is one of the paper companies which the kiddo made
