How to withdraw cybercrime complaint

I registered complaint on portal than I solve this matter with this party and I received product and now I sent mail from local police station for withdrawal and in writing later after that I visited cybercrime office and they said we can’t help you and you reported it’s your mistake contact near by police station after 4 month nothing happned I visited in portal and submitted withdrawal request 1 month ago but not withdrawled complaint .. what should I do now ? I don’t know why goverment allow this useless people for jobs

Just imagine they are taking 4 5 months just for withdrawal Complaint how much time they need for solve matter reporting Cyber crime is nightmare

Bro any update on how much time it takes to withdraw complaint same happened with me someone use my QR code to do fraud but I settled with party he withdrew the complaint but my bank account is still freeze

No bro no update still complaint not withdrawled in your case maybe you need NOC for unfreeze account

They are saying you need court order for unfreezeing your bank account
