        Your officials are just as terrible as the bank branches themselves.

        Yesterday, I was told by your representatives to visit the branch, so I went. Unfortunately, I was just 10 minutes late due to a traffic jam and reached at 3:10 PM. The security guard stopped me at the entrance, asking for my name and purpose of visit. But instead of letting me in, he refused outright, saying, “The manager doesn’t want you to go in. That’s it.” No reasoning, no consideration—just a cold dismissal.

        What’s worse? I later found out that others, who arrived even later than me, were allowed inside with the manager’s permission. Why? Because they had connections. One person, who had an issue with his account, was let in simply because the manager knew him. But I, with no contacts, was left standing outside, treated like I didn’t matter. The hypocrisy is blatant—privileged, well-connected customers get access, while the rest of us are shut out.

        My home is 10 km away from the branch. I traveled all the way there, only to be denied entry over just 10 minutes? Is this how you treat your customers?

        To make things worse, I had already spoken to a senior representative yesterday, who assured me that they would coordinate with the branch manager to resolve my issue. But today, when I called customer support, it was a complete waste of time. Instead of connecting me to a senior official, the person on the line just kept talking in circles, ignoring my concerns. I even pointed out the corruption and unfair treatment at the branch, but it didn’t matter.

        Shame on ICICI Bank. Is this what you call customer service? Is this how you treat a valued current account holder? Even after all the promises, not a single person bothered to follow up or call me back.

        This isn’t just bad service—it’s blatant discrimination and negligence.

          bro, try again tomorrow and please leave 1 hour early.
          And are you trying to sue them for this? it will not help.

              Broh I’ve already gone there. Bank manager is not helping me out he is kinda try to avoid me.

                The bank manager is a hypocrite. He keeps making excuses, saying the server is down and asking me to come tomorrow. I went there today so the customer executive could talk to him.
