I am not getting my refund from bewakoof.com

So I ordered my parcel from bewakoof on 28th. It was supposed to reach on 1st of April but was 2 days late. It reached in 3rd and I returned it in the same day. It’s been almost 20 days and I haven’t recieved my refund yet. I have tried contacting them but no satisfactory answers till date. What should I do? All lawyers please help.

What are they saying? And why did you returned it? What’s the refund policy? What did you return?

Returned 2 oversized tshirt due to quality issue. The refund issues after 5 days minimum. They are saying that they have already credited but they haven’t actually. I posted my linkedin and instagram and they haven’t replied properly yet.

Check the details of your refund. Bank account statement then email them everything

Write an email saying that you would initiate legal proceedings against them and see what they have to tell. If still they don’t budge file a complaint in consumer forum
