I git admitted in a hospital due to medical negligence by an optamoligist at eye foundation hospital in bellandur. Can I take some action against them?

Hi. Went for a eye checkup for an eye infection. The doctor gave me some medicines and specifically asked me about my allergies and I specifically mentioned I’m allergic to INSAID drugs. He still prescribed me those and I ended up in the ER which has led to financial loss and mental trauma. Can I take sole action against them?? Please help

If you can prove everything you just said in court, you may go for a tort negligence case, duty of care and get some monetary relief.

You can go for a consumer case against the doctor.

Ya you can file a consumer complaint for medical negligence. Send legal notice before that.
