II bought a excitel subscription for 4000 for 9 month at a speed of 200 mbps and some useless OTT subscriptions
From December till now I have faced little to no issues with them, I am lucky I guess
But just yesterday my internet just suddenly turned off and I call the customer care and they say we will fix it in 24 hours and it’s more than 24 hours now and I just read their trust pilot reviews (very bad service -10 stars)
It’s not like that I haven’t research about them while I was buying their subscription and they are pretty cheap to watched some videos about it and decided to give it a shot
Now when I when I am trying to get your after sale services there they are saying we will prioritise your issue and it will be fixed soon and to me I think I know where this is going according to the reviews
it’s been only a day and I don’t know how much time it will take to get fixed but what precautions should I take
You Might be thinking it’s just a Wi-Fi service but trust me when you will read the reviews, your perspective will change
And if you are already using their service, good luck
I haven’t faced any issues yet but I am just a little bit precocious
Also suggest me what to do if things go to the wrong .

CExcitel Service is other good, but when there is an outage or downtime, they get horrible. Though they make up for it by giving extra days for each outage.
In the first 3 months over the last 2 years of my connection, I had 18 odd outages, some more than a few hours long, 2 more than 24 hours long.
A lot of these issues were cable being cut by other providers or a moving vehicle or just some construction worker.
