Scammed by @amazonIN! 🚨

Ordered a WD Black 1TB NVMe SSD on 17th March 2025, but received a PowerX 128GB SSD instead! 😡
• The SSD’s seal was broken.
• Packaging was original, but the SSD was replaced and had a fake sticker.
• It was delivered inside another package (my MSI case).

This is a clear fraud. , how is this even happening?

@amazonIN launched an investigation and claimed the original product was delivered. How is this possible when the SSD was clearly tampered with? This is fraud, and I need a resolution!

File an official complaint on NCH app or whatsapp if they are not cooperating . That’s the best I know

its mostly a replaced returned that amazon sent since they dont physically check returns someone must have replaced their old ssd with it since amazon only checks for weight of item and size

Raise a request for replacement with Amazon.
If it didn’t work, ask Amazon to raise an A-Z claim.
