  Got this text of hold of ₹2900 from sbi due to cyber cell
  I am worried what is the case here.
  I don’t want the money but is there anything which can cause trouble for me? And what should I do next.

  You may have received that amount of money by an account that might be associated with scam or illegal practices so along with the sender’s account being frozen, that particular amount is being held in your account.

  First you need to identify where those transactions/amounts came from 2790 and 2000 and form whom?
  
  If you have no relation to those transactions and do not know who sent you and why? then inform the same to Cybercell.

    That certain balance amount is frozen but the whole account, if OP can tell if he has access to the other features and money of his account that’s be nice.

  Go to the bank. They will provide you name and contact information of Police station from where complaint has been filed. Then contact that police station, if the police station people are being co operative then try to find who filed the complaint and why. Once that is clear then take necessary steps.
  If police station people are not being co-operative, then
  A) Hire a LAWYER.
  B) Ignore the bank account and never use it again.

  If the money is received through fradulent manner, then it can be withheld by bank providing cyber cell’s direction, and cyber cell usually act basis of a complaint from a victim who lost the money. If you haven’t done any fradulent activitiy then you’re good.
