May 8, 2026 at 4:43 amI purchased a perfume from Zara, where they had clearly mentioned that the perfume was 2 x 100 ml, but when I received it, there was only one perfume bottle of 100 ml. So, I raised a complaint, and after speaking with multiple customer care executives, they understood and created a return from their side. After 2β3 days, the perfume was returned to them. They then took another 4 to 5 days to process everything, and once it was done, they should have refunded me the money, but I did not receive any refund. I again contacted Zaraβs customer care, and they said that they had refunded the money and also provided me with the transaction ID of that refund, asking me to check with my bank regarding the refund issue. I then visited my bank, and to my surprise, they said that no refund from Zara had been received on the said date. I have all the emails and documents as proof. It has been more than a month now, and their response has remained the same. I am tired and need my money back but do not know what to do next. Please help me with this issue β what should I do in order to get my refund as soon as possible? -

May 8, 2026 at 5:18 amNAL but Zara refund takes around 14 day’s from the ination of refund day, had same situation around an year back, had to contact them multiple times for refund request but I’ve no idea if perfumes are refundable as most stores don’t do exchange or accept return
