I have a hearing in insurance ombudsman on 7th February against PNB Metlife, which is a case of mis-selling.

Guys kuch tips milegi hearing ke liye ? How do I present the case? How do I prove that I was mis-sold? And some extra tips also.

You should elaborate a little more about the case just saying “mis sold” isn’t going to fill us in with your particular case

If your case is related to PNB Metlife then forget that you will get some solution because there is a lot of corruption in the insurance ombudsman

Okayyy mera to SBI ka tha and the case was pretty strong so yeah unko hi sunne ko mila bahut kuchh

Judge to vaise same hi hai sbaki like insurance ombudsman Delhi ki ek hi hai
Bas jo complaint register karte and baaki ka kaam jo karte vo log alag alag companies ke liye alag alag hai

Meri hearing k time uss samey approx 9-10 people or the pnb MetLife ke same case k sath jaha unko sath mis-sellinf huyi thi lekin unke pash koi strong proof ni tha toh unn sabko negative reply hi mila ombudsman se lekin mere pash sare proofs strongs the mis-selling k toh mujhe lag raha tha full premium amount mil jayega but judge bekar thi sare proofs ko ignore Kiya saf dhik raha tha pnb judge se paisa khaya h 😂
