        TLDR, I raised a request on 25th, paid 1111 on the 26th. They made me buy a physical SIM card saying they can’t process without a Jio number (understandable). Upon delivery of the sim card that dude took 99 extra from me into this personal account (escalated) 4 times they’ve visited my house to try and get the KYC done for the airfiber each time saying your golden pass hasn’t generated and they leave. Fucki* nuisance at this point.

          I paid 2222 before installation the guy who took the money had no manners and he has no knowledge to satisfy a customer or explain anything.

          though in my case installation was done fluently.and the guy who installed was a good guy and also in the end I gave him ₹50 from my side.

          You should contact the Jio customer care number. Your matter will be resolved immediately.

              I have. I’ve numbers of their manager and all. I’ve reached out to all. They keep saying the same stuff “oh this is unfortunate and should’ve happen or it’s a system error”. It’s been over a week now.

                Raise the detailed complaint against the person along with date and every document if you have any to GRO of JIO, wait for a week for the reply. Someone definitely might get in touch. Moreover for airfiber jiosim connection is required but for JioFiber there is no compulsion

                  I don’t know about you but whenever I get a new SIM, the seller always tells me to recharge only after the SIM is activated and the first charge to be small.
