LI ordered 10gm ( 5*2 gm gold coin) worth of gold coins from myntra on 6th feb & at that time there was offer going so i ordered it below market price and i specifically made the payment through myntra gift card because it gave extra 7% off, delivery date was showing 10th feb but i did not received my order even though on myntra it’s showing that my item has been packed but it’s not moving forward, i have been in contact with them for more than sinche then and they did not gave any updates that why it was being delayed and now out of nowhere in myntra app it’s showing that order has been cancelled as per customer request even though i did not requested any such things, i was in constant touch with them about this product and had already sent email to their grievance department about it still they didn’t do anything so my main issue is that 75000 ra gift card which i bought to place this order because now what am i gonna do with that i also told them that if you canceled it so atleast transfer the money in my account but they are not doing that either and gold coin price have gone so much up since than so i just wanna sue these guys but i don’t know where to go, like can i do it online or i would have to go to the court ? On e-jagriti website it’s asking me several kind of things to have before hand so guys can you help me with this, if you are a lawyer who handle consumer court cases so i can also talk to you and your fees everything.
