        For last 6 months ,
I am receiving repeatedly spam calls ,
They are asking me to repay a loan.

They are saying that someone took a loan and added my phone number as secondary number and it can impact my CIBIL score.

I feel like a scam is happening with me , can anyone please help me how I can raise a complaint and check loans linked to my CIBIL as well.

        ๐Ÿ™

I can’t possibly change my permanent number.

Also, why should I change my number ??

A fraud is happening and I want to complain

You are right, instead of escaping you have decided to face it headon.

Firstly file a complaint on CPGRAMS alleging harassment by the bank . Record a few conversations for this purpose. Mention that the call is being recorded. Make sure you have some documentation that proves that the phone no is yours.

You’re getting calls correct? When someone calls tell them you’re recording the call and record the call.
                            Collect a couple of recordings.

Go to this site [of CPGRAMS ](https://pgportal.gov.in/). Register and then raise a complaint

Check your CIBIL report for any loans you cannot identify.

Go to the CIBIL website. There should be a section for CIBIL report. You’re allowed to request one free report per year.

Check Cibil, CRIF, Experian – all three reports
Cibil and Experian can be checked via one score app.
                                    CRIF via MoneyControl.
File a report at RBI Ombudsman if that NBFC falls under RBI.
