February 9, 2025 at 5:50 amHello All,
I need your guidance on following matter. I am working as sales person in product based company since last 3 years and now planning to start small product trading business ( different product) on my own with keeping job continue. My company doesn’t allows to have side business i discussed this with my reporting manager as well, she said if you have such plan don’t hide it from company our company doesn’t allow employees to have side business while working. Although i am moving to start it assuming i won’t get caught. But keeping safe side i would like to know that Shall i register solo proprietorship on my own name? Will get caught by finance team of my current working company? Or shall i register it on father’s or mother’s name? My father is retired person and getting pension. Mother is housewife and have elder brother but also i am scared if in future if any family disputes happens their might problem with this business too…
Please guide for further steps -
