So I want to start a online crowdfunding platform in india for like startups, tech products and cool projects, like [kickstarter.com](http://kickstarter.com), NOT health and cancer.

I read the rules of SEBI but the rules there are far away from reality, according to it famous indian platforms like milaap and others are not actually following those rules.

Please help me, explain me the rules and tell me how can i start a crowdfunding platform

Some rules like, must have a board of directors and must have a minimum of 2cr net worth dont seem so easy, i am not sure if these rules are even real???
