As the tittle a close relative(my grandfather’s real brother and his wife and their son) has forged a shop documents and taken over it from my grandmother(she is in 80s). now i wrote him a message that you have one week to give the original papers back or else i will file a case at the end of the whatsapp message i wrote in hindi ‘isse dhamki hi samjhna’. can this be used against me in court?
