UHi, I’m a resident of Nagpur, Maharashtra. I need your views upon one incident which happened with me. Though I’m safe now but:-
Ek shaam ki baat hai, 5:30 around I was on my two wheeler with my dog when a group of people called me with aggression. (I know few of them by faces and they are super chhapri who roam around my locality playing in the ground or just being around.) I went to them and instantly realised they’re about to beat me. Aapko bata du ki unme se ek ka toh police me record bhi hai (he’s a muslim under 20s guy who hides his real name but called by some pet name). Not sure ki baakiyo ka bhi police me record hoga ya nai. Coming back to the point, unhone mere dog ko gaadi se baandh diya aur mujhe ground ke andar leke gaye bolte hue “KI HUMARI BEHEN KO KAISE CHHEDA” (I mean shyad unki tactics hogi yeh ki isko bewajah toh maar nhi skte, kuch bhi ilzaam laga do aur maaro). Us muslim ne mujhe rehpatt mara, fir baakiyo ne bhi mujhe maara toh I fell and they kept on beating me. Fir ground me dusre bhaiya the unhone ladai roki aur bola yeh sab yaha mat karo, kahi aur jaake karo. Toh they took me outside of the ground but tab tak waha ki colony ke log bahar aa gaye the, they all settled down the issue. Mujhe bola sabne ki tu jaa yaha se. I kept on asking them ki lekin maara kyu? Reason toh batao. (I was furious and internally crying cus as a man, bewajah maar kha lena was hurtful for me, I couldn’t attack them back cus they were in a group plus I’m a physically thin guy with no practice in street fight.) Had there been no one to stop the fight, meko damage kr dete woh log aur shyad baat murder tak badh jaati (unke murder tak, ya fir mere ya meri family ko hurt hone tak)My concern is:- Koi group of goons who already have a criminal record in nearby police station if comes to you and fucking beats you citing some “build up excuse” of me teasing some girl whom they know..how to deal with this kind of fake allegation in future? Cus you see? Agar mei unki complaint krne police me bhi jaunga toh woh yehi bolenge na ki humari behen ko chheda tha isne (to back it, kisi ldki ko bol dete ki iske khilaaf bol de) tab kya krta? Mei unpe counter allegations laga skta hu ki yeh logo ka khud criminal record hai, plus yeh log nasha krte h colony ke grounds me and all. Police already knows about them, by their name and face. Mujhe un ldko me se ek ldke ne pehele bhi bohot baar “teko toh maarunga lau*e, tera murder confirm hai” and all bola hai (doesn’t matter mazak me ya kaise).. mei tab tak toh chup rehta tha kyuki usne haath nai uthaya tha. Par us din usne mujhpe haath utha diya tha. Bhai help krdo please koi how to forget this incident?

SNAL: but since you have said they are from different community and habitual offenders i would suggest you to stay away from them as much as you can.
If you record a statement and complaint in police station, it won’t have serious impact on them since one of the guy is already under observation by police authorities. This means, they don’t fear system and when it comes to beating you, it appears that they did it for fun.
So the best is, either keep shut or just approach someone who is more powerful than police forces ( like MLA ).-
UNAL mtlb? And yes, yehi sahi reaction hai which I’ve realised as well. They even came to my house for saying a sorry and shit. I have contacted a friend who works in a political party and turns out that these boys were known to him and his friends too. These boys maybe take money from my friend to arrange crowd for bike rallies and all, idk. But my friend consoled me that tu tension mt le, mei samajhta hu usko (teri taraf aankh bhi utha ke nhi dekhega)

SThe best advice is to move on.
If you want revenge then go scorched earth. Go to local bajrang dal cell/ karni sena whatever the fuck.
Spin a story how they forced you to chant all hu akbr blah blah and abused your gods and whatnot. Also threatened to S.A your female family members. Then let it unfold.

Terko wapis bhidna hai unse to dosto k leke jaa.Nahi bhidna? To police mein jaa k assault ka case daal. Kisi ladki ko le aenge koi baat nahi, proof kya hai tune chheda hai? Apne sath kisi bade ko leke jana police k paas jo dhang se baat kr skta ho.
Waise to time chle gya, usi time station jana tha ya fir seedha civil hospital jaa k medical krana tha. Wahin doctor puchta hai k FIR katwani hai kya. Wo uss hisaab se report taiyar krte hain fir.
Bc itna darr k kyu chlte ho?

UAbe murderers h woh. Unka koi future nhi hai. Ek aadha murder bhi krdenge toh unka kuch nhi bigdega. Mera murder ho gaya ya maine kisi ka krdiya toh khatam h mera future fir. Yeh samajh na baat ko. Police ko complaint Krna sahi tha par baat aage badh gayi hoti pakka. Kyuki jisne meko maara tha uska jo dost hai (woh already ek murder kr chuka hai aur andar bahar hota reheta hai jail me).
Mujhe bus yeh jaan na tha ki future me agar koi fake allegation lagata hai, that too ldki chhedne ka. Toh tum kya krskte ho? Kaise defend krskte ho khudko? Indeed unke pass bhi proof hona chaiye lekin tu agree nhi krega? Ldki ke bolne bhar se bhi uski baat maan li jayegi?

ABhai fir to jab unka mann krega tujhe marenge to maar thodi khaata rahega? Agar tu pehle complaint krega police mein to teri complaint pe action hoga. agar wo ladki leke aate hain koi randomly beech mein to police sbse pehle compromise krwane ki try kregi, tu piche mat hatio aur court mein jaane de case ko. Acha lawyer leke ja unke paas proof nhi hoga to counter fir quash krenge hi judge ache mood mein hua to.
Aur bhai…aise chomu se har jagah ghumte hain. Tu apne bhi connection nikaal le thode aur baat khtm kr saamne se. -

Have alibis. Befriend local elderlies and people of influence. Other than that, maybe change your location to where these lowlifes can’t reach you.

DCan you think of any motive for them to hit you?
A similar incident happened with my known person. When he went to complain the cops told him if their behan files a counter complaint against you for molestation etc, your career will be screwed so they reached a compromise.
My known person later found that he was beaten because a known person ( who owed him money) had given supari to get this beaten up as he was repeatedly chasing him to return his money.

UI don’t owe money to anyone. I think the other reason might be simply cus I seemed a weak target to them in the colony. Rest of my friends are working and don’t stay at home. I’m unemployed rn and stays 24*7 at home. Often roams around for a dog walk or so. Unse frequent mulakat bhi hoti hai as they play football in ground. Basically these kinds kids tease, bully the one’s who roam alone or don’t roam in group. That’s why I’ve reduced going out around 7-9 pm when they play on ground.

UNAL. OP I don’t know how you look or your age so sorry if i offend you. But bhai sbse phele gym join kr personality bana. Personality dkh k ache acho ki G fatt jaati h bhale se andar se tmne aj tk kisko slap b na kiya ho. Or dusri chiz, thodi local lingo mai bat kiya kr wo log se. They mostly target those who they think will not do anything dangerous to them because those chapris think ki yeh kya ukhaad lega agar isko maare b toh because we educated and decent guys want to make our future and don’t want to involve in such shit. Wo log k saamne aisa raha kar ki tu ek call pe 10 bande bula lega wo log ko maarne k leye. Then, they will think ki you are a bigshot and will avoid you. Or ek danger breed ka dog rkh sthme ki tko koi touch kre toh wo saamne wale ko faad de.
Second option is to leave that area and live somewhere else on rent in good locality ya fir wo area avoid kr or dusri jageh ghuma kar wo log ko dikh hi mat area mai.
I was also being targeted by bullies in college but one day i showed them that i am also a strong guy by beating one of them and then they started respecting me.
Avoid making a complaint to police because you know how system works until there is a big matter like murder or attempt to murder. Fir, wo log or jaada dushmani rkhege tere se and who knows what will they do.
