VInterim maintenance or alimony can be demand by any party whose lifestyle goes below after divorce.

UPlease don’t lie …..yes it’s a law that financially weaker spouse can get maintainance but it’s not properly followed in indian courts ….don’t know how many times do I have to remind indian women….mostly judges laugh when a man ask for maintainance from wife ….so please don’t spread fake narrative

Judiciary failed to give justice in pune case.
Judiciary failed in Kolkata rape case.
Judiciary failed in Atul subash case.

Judiciary failed in always.But obviously General public is to blinds to play gender wars and religion and caste wars among themselves them demanding better Judiciary.
