I live in faridabad where the top floor of flats are 2bhk but now some builder is building a 3rd room without my consent… How can I just stop him because lenter will be poured today

If he has a plan approval from corporation (most likely no) then you can’t do anything. Or apply for a stay order.

He won’t be having any approval it’s just the builders contact with some giants

Where I live every flat has 2 illegal flats on terrace which the builder keeps and uses it or gives it for rent.
All result of corruption.

Legally speaking if you complain to the local corporation about this unauthorised construction, they will come and stop it. In reality they simply take some bribe and close their eyes. So you can try that first option. If it doesn’t work then go for stay order/demolition.
