In a criminal case of arms act & extortion if age of victim is 63 years & accused has 10 FIRs in serious cases like murder & attempt to murder in past ; will case run in a Fast Track court & how much time will it take for disposal of such case on average?

Depending on the charges framed against them, if they are also booked under MCOCA or relevant provisions depending on the state, it will be much more difficult for them to secure bail, and the final disposal can take at least 2-3 years.
