Income on relatives name

Last year I had some side income for a couple of months by doing online work, adsense income on a website. To save tax I used my relatives name and her bank account to receive that money from adsense. Now my website is also closed and adsene account also banned and closed. Can she claim that money belongs to her? She does not have exact idea which website was it and how I made that money.

If she has already sent money to u, u can keep it.
If she has kept the money, highly unlikely she will return it.

Since I had opened a new bank account for her, I kept the debit card with me and withdrew the amount from atm. Can she legally claim the money was hers?

Ofcourse. It’s an amount in her bank account. You have no claim over it.

And you have no remedy here.

You tried to evade tax and now have no recourse under law.

Next time don’t be penny wise pound foolish and pay the tax on your income.
